I have noticed that Medical Resorts International has had increased volume over the last week. Can anyone explain this activity? This company has been around (formerly TRACK) for a few years and having gone through their press releases, it appears that they have made a dramatic turn around but no significant enough to warrant the volume the stock is experiencing. Is this a buy?
