Conservatively estimating 4 times that for the year would be $1.5 million (that would be assuming that the finance division isn't expected to grow any more for the rest of the year). Forget the merger for a moment to make things easy. Divide the $1.5 million by 37,000,000 shares outstanding (what's left after the 4 million share buyback) and you get $.04 eps. Slap on a conservative PE of 20, and we are looking at an $0.80 stock that you can buy now for $0.65. And that's only for the financing division!!! You get the rest of the company for free!!! Gator
