You have posted an excerpt from KRY propaganda. I must reiterate.
Attempt to confirm from an unbiased independent source that the current decision is anything but an admission decision of three unadmittted motions. You cannot. We are either days away from admission, leading to discovery and a trial taking years, or non-admission leading to GAME OVER. It is that simple. It doesn't look like a great bet to make given the reality of the situation. Maybe if I suffered from delusional fantasies I would invest my money in this situation, but probably not.
