To Makedacash and All: Lawsuit with Russo Securities. Was Russo the company that brought Liteglow public? I have a Liteglow press release from May 7,1997 that says they started a civil suit against Russo for failure to carry out investment banking arrangements and recovery of Liteglow stock. I guess they paid Russo in stock and Russo was selling it.
Anyone know anything more? Comments?
