Let's say that the financing division, without growth, and with the 40MM shares out gives us an eps of .13 for just the financing division. Let's also say that without FAMH's core business you only add in Myriad, with only 3/4 of the year added into FAMH, at 60MM times their net last year of 4 percent, that gives around .20 eps, fully diluted, WITHOUT THE REST OF FAMH, tack on a conservative PE of 20 and with fully diluted eps we have a $4 stock. Undervalued? I think so! Take us to the big boards!
Add in what FAMH made just last year, that's .25 eps fully diluted, that's $5 with a conservative PE. Tack an a PE for an aggressive growth company, with a higher eps, and what should the price be?
