On the topic of confusion... Just what sort of NASDAQ listing is AWLT seeking? More stringent listing standards are requiring share prices of at least $1. Here is a reference to the policy change, but the news has been around for 6 months or so: azcentral.com I am no expert on SEC or NASDAQ policies, so if someone could clarify the AWLT-NASDAQ connection, I would greatly appreciate it. -- Still just lurking
