David,

You're into something important there: How do we angle our opinions and views?

I sometimes express either very bullish or bearish views on this and that, but I try to remember to make it clear whether I'm long or out of the actual share (I don't short sale). I suppose my views will be affected by my current holdings. In the past I've noticed some really wicked comments that might just stem from people who have shorted the stock, and try to influence it downwards. There have also been aired comments on the dangers of being too specific on recommendations or views, as they in very special situations provoke serious lawsuits and so forth.

To summarize: I hope to be accepted as being frank -but honest- and sincerely hope that keeps me out of trouble with the legal stuff.

Kim
