Hello Goalie

If I read Peters posted article correctly, it sounds as though the mineral rights were just recently "registered" in the name of this newly created corporation.

I am at a loss. If these were just newly registered in the name of a new corporation, how can the corporation's claim legitimately over ride Rangold's claim which would have preceded the "corporation's" registration?

CJ seems to acknowledge, according to this article, that this new corporation may have a legitimate claim.

There must be more to this than has come to light so far?

Regards

PS. Thanks for the article Peter and thank you to your lurking threadster.
