Jeff, I agree wholeheartedly about suing the individuals involved. These guys should still have restricted stock which I would hope we can sue for. If you go after the individual, I would think it important as to when those restricted stocks become unrestricted. When they become unrestricted then they could be sold and the proceeds put into a house (and protected by FL law)or overseas or where ever. Don't think you have up to a year to file a lawsuit. It is very important to think about what we can get out of a lawsuit. If we can get their stocks that would be fantastic (assuming SEXI recovers). Wouldn't that be a hoot, the principals try to rip off the shareholders and the shareholders sue them for all their stock and leave them nothing. Please note these are the rantings of a mad professor and only a lawyer can tell us if this is possible. However, if it is possible to go aftre their stock then it is very important that we find out when the shares become unrestricted!!!
