Bill, I guess someone should get an official read from Citrix on this, but my read is that Winframe is licensed on a "per seat" basis and each potential user is a seat, whether or not they happen to be connected at the moment. If an installation has 100 terminals, I think a 100 user license is required even though perhaps only 50 will be active users at any given moment.

Can you quote something to back up the position of only having to have licenses for the simultaneous connections in use?
