I cannot believe it will end up as originally planned. To me it is quite clear that FTEL have offered DCTC a NON-EXCLUSIVE opportunity to get 5% of FNET if they bring $10 million to the table in 90 days. This is a big change from the original deal of 40%.

To me there is ZERO chance that this is a smoke screen. I for one have been adressing questions to FTEL for a while now.
