Backing out the numbers...

Sales of $360 million
Cost of goods sold of 70% or $252 million
Gross Income of $108 million

SGA of $110 million (guess)
R&D of $24 million

Operating expenses of $134 million

Loss of $26 million
Tax deferment of $8.8 million

Net Loss of $16.4 million or $0.06 per share using 260.7 million shares outstanding.

looking at quarterly SGA spending, it increased:
Q4 '96 $33.1mm
Q1 '97 $54.4mm
Q2 '97 $60.8mm
Q3 '97 $72.6mm
Q4 '97 $104.1mm
Q1 '98 est$110.0mm

If revenues are indeed $360 million, then advertising campaign was a total bust, assuming average selling price only decline 20% from last year, and release of buz/jaz2 is included in IOM's press release revenue estimate.

ps
its easy to see it not hard to get profitable again.
