Hi Harryx. The advantage of going "offshore" is the multiple accrued by being in an American environment. For your info;

TSE is a large leap from VSE. VSE to NASDAQ is a small leap. In the interest of a "quick esculating price" the NASDAQ is the way to go. In the interest of a linear progressive price reflecting company worth, TSE is the answer.

It is directly proportional to Greed, which one a person prefers
