Davef, my guess is that they arise from deals done as sweeteners for the TADs. I suspect that ACRT books those bigtime profits but forgets to back out the cost that comes from giving away that cheap stock. The shareholders don't bother to read 10K footnotes, and they won't notice the dilution. A baker's dozen of new share registrations seems like a lot to me, but I try to stay out of the kitchen. Maybe it was the sale of these shares that caused the price to crater. Mr. Pink's description of the Actrade Accountant's motto seems apt: YOU BOOK 'EM, WE'LL COOK 'EM.
