GIFT has been in litigation, suing infringers. The litigation in SDNY has been "fully submitted" and awaiting the Judge to set a date for the non-jury "hearing" called the Markman Hearing where the Judge listens to the evidence and determines how wide reaching -or- narrow the patent is (which of its many claims are upheld, which are not). GIFT has been waiting for the date since 8/97. The GIFTed are getting "cranky". WHEN we get the date, GIFT will move quickly. Mel
