AHG has traded down due to concern that JLL will attempt to recut the deal. Even if they are successful in doing so, the backend valuation is still intact and Mr. Pink believes the position will be lucrative. Mr. Pink has checked with certain Board Members and is confident that the deal will go through. All the best, Mr. Pink
