As of March 2, 1998, there were 47,579,910 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock outstanding and 10,753,037 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock reserved for issuance.

I haven't been through all of the 8-K yet but Zulu gave ESVS 12 mil common (plus some other stuff). 47 mil - 12 mil = 35 mil. Ie close to the figure Burgess has been quoting.

Also 47 mil + 10 mil = 57 mil? Isn't that more than the MaxAuth?
