I look forward to your messages. Your experience with
this company will be a valuable addition to our
understanding of MOGN. Could you explain where this
company had problems in 1991-1993? It seems that these
failed expectations has lead to a very conservative management
style.

I followed the drug, MGI 114, to MOGN. I am just stupid/smart enough to believe this drug is the answer for cancer and just smart/stupid enough to bet the ranch on the company's balance sheet and income
statement. Phase II trials will determine how this should read.

<<I bought 1700 shares for $10.50; thinking that the market had over-
reacted. I had a sell order in for all of it in September 1993 for $15.50, but it never quite got there and fell ever since. I still own the stock.>>

I would and I have taken tax losses on shares I bought at higher
prices ($5-6). You should consider replacing shares purchased at $10+
per share with shares purchased now at $5/sh. Now is still a good
time to lower your cost basis (I got mine down to about $4). Make
sure you understand the rules on wash sales (30+ days).
