Cute, dan, right out of pink 101. More likely the sale of the shares from the private placement they did last summer. Wouldn't you agree that's far more likely. Of course, you and pink would rather see everything as under the table, but,with ACRT, I don't think so... Call ACRT, if you'd care to find out for sure what they are. I'm sure they'll be glad to tell you, and be forthright about it. Or, spend a few bucks and subscribe to Edgar, then you won't have to rely on wild delusions and pink for your info.
