you are right. the first two were factual. And I did try to slip in some opinons on #3 (CTO)

very astute of you (can't blame me for trying can you!!!!)

But as it relates to CPQ's ODM everything is opionon, because even Eckhard can't define this stuff ... that's one of the problems. it's mostly smoke and mirrors which seems to be a recurring theme with his regime.

I will stick to my original definition. and again ask you what your definition of CTO is
