Further down in the report... Some answers and some new questions... Seems like David was right and the TA was wrong. MaxAuth is 150 mil... whereof Zulu commits to not floating more than 65 mil unless Section 7.04 lets them. Gotta check that Sect 7.04... Still catching up on my reading. Btw, good post Aleta!
