Boston Market Capitalizes on Take-Out Holiday Trend By Selling
Homestyle Easter Banquets

GOLDEN, Colo., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Providing holiday meal solutions for time-crunched consumers, Boston
Market(R) will again sell homestyle Boston Hearth(TM) Honey Glazed Ham and Rotisserie Breast of Turkey
banquets for Easter this year. Orders are being taken starting today at Boston Market stores nationwide.

Boston Market will give Easter hosts and hostesses a holiday by offering four complete, fully-cooked, ready-to-heat
holiday meals, which serve up to 18 people and include the company's signature side dishes like
made-from-scratch mashed potatoes, garlic and dill new potatoes, cinnamon apples, herbed sweet corn and
parmesan creamed spinach. Honey-glazed hams and rotisserie roasted turkey breasts, in whole and half sizes, as
well as special 32-ounce banquet- sized side dishes are also available a la carte.

''The traditional Easter meal with classic foods like ham and made-from- scratch mashed potatoes is as strong as
ever with American families,'' said Keith Robinson, chief marketing officer for Boston Market. ''Take-out holiday
meals are a growing trend as more families are trusting high quality sources like Boston Market to handle the
preparation of important holiday meals so hosts and hostesses can concentrate on entertaining their guests.''

Four complete banquets are available from Boston Market, along with Boston Hearth whole and half hams and
rotisserie-roasted turkey breasts.

Petite Banquet: Serves up to 6, and includes 3 pounds of ham or a turkey breast with gravy, 3 banquet-sized
side dishes and 8 cornbreads. Suggested retail price starts at $32.95. (Suggested retail prices vary by

Classic Banquet: Serves up to 10, and includes a half ham or 2 turkey breasts with gravy, 5 banquet-sized

Variety Banquet: Serves up to 14, and includes a half ham and a turkey breast with gravy, 7 banquet-sized

Grand Banquet: Serves up to 18, and includes a whole ham or 4 turkey breasts with gravy, 9 banquet sized

Boston Market uses only select, lean hams slow-smoked over natural hardwoods and glazed with a blend of honey,
cloves and cinnamon for its Boston Hearth Honey Glazed Ham. The bone has been removed for maximum
consumer value and convenience. A 5-ounce serving of Boston Hearth Honey Glazed Ham contains just 230
calories and 10 grams of fat. Boston Hearth Rotisserie Breast of Turkey is select, all-white-meat turkey breast,
rotisserie oven-roasted to a tender, golden finish.

Customers are encouraged to order Boston Hearth banquets in advance to ensure availability during the holiday.
Boston Hearth banquets are sold chilled and ready to heat with easy heating instructions provided with each
banquet. Customers should pick up their banquet at least two hours before serving to allow time to heat the banquet.
