| Today's news release answers all but two questions. Of course, the announcement that we all want them to make is "The Deal", and the second is what other developments are on the horizon.
 "The Deal" is imminent.

They are launching the product at the Pediatric show in New Orleans. One might assume that this will be the FIRST and only non-invasive device available in the US for detecting bilirubin.

Some moron on these boards has been asking time and time again where do they stand on the hand held device. Any more questions, Wizard??

Dr. Jeffrey Maisels will be presenting his findings to this group, and it will be a SRO crowd. This will be the first public showing before close to 5,000 MD's from all over the world, and Dr. Maisels is our best advertisement. this is the most important show in the world each year.

 >>>Dr. Ian Holzman, Chief of Newborn Medicine, Mt. Sinai Hospital, NYC will be presenting to the conference his medical papers on the positive results of the device in extensive clinical trials conducted on infants of all races and those under phototherapy treatment at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital in New York City. >>>

The key words in the above paragraph "on infants of all races and those under phototherapy treatment". None of the so called competition can claim that.

The initial results of multi-site clinical studies of the device for the same indications, the first of which commenced under Dr. Jeffrey Maisels, Chairman, Dept. of Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Detroit will be presented at a reception for the introduction of the new product to pediatricians and neonatologists.

 >>The company is currently finalizing its mass-manufacturing production schedule under FDA QSR and GMP as well as ISO 9000 manufacturing regulatory requirements for both the console model and the light weight (360 gms.) hand-held battery operated device, each of which includes a proprietary calibration disposable for each non-invasive measurement taken on an infant while being monitored for hyperbilirubinemia.>>>

Each test includes a proprietary calibration disposable= the razor and the blade, and large recurring income......... DISPOSABLES.......

 >>The company has received a letter from the American Medical Association permitting 3rd party insurance reimbursement in all U.S. states for each use of the company's non-invasive device under AMA Code CPT 82250, which is the same reimbursement code for the laboratory blood test currently used to monitor hyperbilirubinemia.>>

The above point is very, very important. It validates the technology.
It is very quick for CCSI to recieve the above approval, it could have taken 12-18 months, and could have been a real problem. If one were to assume an average blood test starting at $23+, and if this test is somewhat cheaper, then it is reasonable to assume that the insurance companies will be very happy with CCI's bill as opposed to the average test.

The company has been in ongoing discussions with potential partners for international medical distribution of its new product and is currently conducting negotiations to reach definitive agreements.

I keep coming back to the same point, which I have dwelled on for a long time, and that is upon coming to terms with a partner, the world will understand that if we have a highly visible revenue and income stream that is highly predictable, then Wall Street is going to attach a very high multiple to those numbers, and this stock is certainly going one hell of a lot higher.

The short sellers of CCSI are misinformed, and really have not done their homework. They are now in the eye of the hurricane, and that is the quiet time, then all hell breaks loose coming out the other side.

Upon finalization of "The Deal" we will have coverage, we will have a top drawer PR firm, we will have an Investor Relation program to tell the story, we will have publicity in magazines, medical periodicals, tv shows, etc.. We are talking about a subject that appeals to about 50% of the world's population as a given, CHILDREN's health and well being.

I love it when a plan comes together, and we are at the 2 yard line and goal to go with a big offensive line about to kick ass.

The 2 words that are most dangerous in life are "TRUST ME", but if you have paid any attention up until now, "Trust Me."
