If they threw in stock as a sweetener for some TAD deal, would it be capitalized or expensed or something in between? What do theses specific 144's represent anyway? Folks have gone to great length to say what they think they are not, no one has bothered to find out what they are. If this is stock for incentives, then I personally would expense it. You might not.
