This market seems to have taken into account all possible bad news! Just consider INTC, and CPQ. The stocks sure went down but in my view not even close to how bad of earning warnings they gave! And with MU, in after hours trading the stock is in fact up 1/4 point to $34/shr! Now this may change as we all know in a blink of an eye, but my feeling is that the price should relatively stay stable.

Unemployment is at its lowest in decades and everyone working seems to have just one thing in mind: saving, and investing their hard earned money and less of spending! This means money will continue to come to the market and as aresult these money manager guys have no choice but to buy stocks!

I personally do not feel comfortable at all holding stocks in such an environment since if it would not be for the low unemplyment we would not see this much money in the market and as a result stock prices would be much lower. I continue to think we will see a major correction sometime by the end of May before setting the stage to set new highs.

As for LSI, I think they will beat the estimates by a penny again for this quarter, and I sincerely hope and strongly think this will not be just a wishful thinking! But heck when it comes to LSI these days no good news (or for that matter bad news) seem to matter anymore! LSI seems to be just sitting there like a turtle!
