holmes, our second biggest enemy right now is an overzealous attorney. i don't want to send any damning information to a guy who has a different agenda then you and i do to fatten his lawsuit and cripple our company. seems he is representing some guy who wants 200k shares. perhaps a friend or something. i want somebody who will sue in only two cases. 1. if the company goes bust or becomes essentially worthless with no hope of change. then i want to sue everybody who even thought about doing bad things to this stock. 2. to PROTECT the company and, therefore, shareholders, if it is legit... let's wait and see. i don't want to give fresh meat to a shark just yet... let me know if you think this makes sense. i could always send him some babble about information in joining in a lawsuit - but this may motivate the guy to file 8*( good luck and let me know what your take is...
