Tom Burgess answered the CEO question.

He said, in a nutshell, (see Burgess questions/answers) that Steve Lair is CEO of both ESVS and Zulu. He also mentioned that Meatchem, whose own company was merged into Zulu, will concentrate on the Autotrak side.

In email correspondence I've had with Burgess--which I previously have posted on this thread--Burgess said, "Steve is very busy..." I interpreted this as meaning he is running things.

It is clear and apparent: Steve Lair is the CEO of all ESVS/Zulu components.
