Jane, Good detective work. You might just be onto something. Look at Little Engine's profile. He came on SI January 8, 1998. The Myriad acquisition was announced January 7, 1998.

biz.yahoo.com

I believe it may have been in a conference call that Ira did say that part of the Myriad deal would include 2.5 million shares of stock. I do not believe these shares would go to the IRS. They would likely go to the principals of Myriad.

If the shares involved with the deal, were to be adjusted at the time of closing, according to the current stock price of FAMH at the time, who would benefit the most by a lower stock price. If you were being acquired by FAMH with the great potential that it has, wouldn't you want to see the price stay as low as possible, so that you would receive more shares.

Keep in mind this is just speculation on my part. But in light of the information that you came up with on LE's e-mail address, it does make sense. It sure gives someone at Myriad a motive.

I am not making any accusations here. But this is a motive that would make sense for someone to spend as much time trashing FAMH as LE has spent. And I have thought all along that the motive was money motivated.

What does everyone else think?
