Another interpretation of the press release:

The release states there will be a 10%/20% fee for capital generated for FNET in 90 days time frame. It does NOT state the capital raised is limited to the $10 million bridge financing phase. It can be argued that an IPO would be a raising of capitol and if accomplished in 90 days would also generate the agreed upon fee. If so, the math would give DCI a fee of 10%/20% of $100 million.
