Gee I wonder who's SS # will be on the form? That person will be paying the taxes but split the profits.

Will It be Joint with rights of survivorship? So any creditor can have access to the whole account, (non-spousal).

Will the IRS & the state consider joint account contributions a gift?
When things go wrong. Guess who will be sued as a fiduciary?

Will that full time "Trader",(professional), be considered in violation of state & federal securities acts, (no license)?

Best advice........see an attorney knowledgeable in securities law.
