Your type of insinuations are sickening because for years now we have been told by various women's groups that women do not lie about things like this and that there is no excuse for ANY man to behave as the President seems to have behaved. However, should the President support many of the liberally backed legislation that you believe in then all this can be easily pushed aside. Regardless of what you say this is the agenda of the majority of people who take such stands. As a result, the "women's movement" can hereby consider itself trashed beyond repair.

Of course some women lie about such things. Just as men (and women) complain about not being "understood". And this--What she probably doesn't understand is why her husband has to screw other women--strikes me as a genuinely sexist remark. What exactly do you mean by it?

Make no mistake: I am a feminist. But one of the kind who believes in genuinely equal rights. Not that women have an exclusive right to perceive themselves as victims every time a man says or does something they consider to be offensive. Someone here said much earlier that these days "sexual harassment is whatever the woman says it is". This isn't right.

I feel that what greedy Paula is doing with her lawsuit--wanna talk about someone who's doing her best to intrude upon, and perhaps truly ruin, the lives of others, mostly women?--is a grotesque distortion of the goals of the women's movement.

Whining is not adult behavior.
