A FRIEND OF MINE RECIEVED A SPECIAL 3/4 REPORT FROM THE PRESIDENT &C.E.O. THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF. YOU CAN GET ON THE MAILING LIST BY CONTACTING MS. CAROLYN BROOKS AT sales@magnifoam.on.ca IT HAS SOME INFORMATION I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYWHERE ELSE. IT MENTIONS A TEST THAT THE FOAM PASSED BY A GERMAN FIRM THAT BUILDS TRAINS FOR AMTRAC,as well as some other sales they have made. ALSO,THERE IS GOING TO BE AN EQUITY ISSUE SOON TO PAY FOR THE RECENT AQUISITIONS. THEY HAVE ALREADY REC'D OVER 50 % APPROVAL FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS ALTHOUGH I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT.TERMS OF THE OFFERING ARE NOT YET AVAILABLE. WOULDN'T IT BE NICE TO BE KEPT MORE INFORMED BY THE I.R. FIRM THEY HIRED? IT MIGHT HELP THE SHARE PRICE. MAYBE WE COULD GET THEM ON THIS THREAD.
