Sultan, Did PLAT acquire LBMS ? Yes, or at least a part of it. I assume the transaction is complete, or very close. If yes, are there any products that overlap with LGWX. LBMS did have a set of CASE tools, where there is/was a certain overlap with LGWX, but PLAT essentially bought something called "Process Engineer", which I am not sure I understand. Not much premium to LGWX in this acquisition. Is PLAT trying to become another CA ? I am sure there are others on this thread far better qualified than I am to describe the differences in PLAT's approach acquisitions vs CA. Maybe some day the question to ask will be, "Is CA trying to become another PLAT?" Kevin
