Hello Bruce,
Analyze, make calls, try to figure out the full extent and reasons of what the release said and why the deal was struck. There is usually more behind the deal than a press release than it ever lets on so that's why I used the word analyze...maybe it was a poor choice of words. I know I've been on the phone all day trying to gather as much info as I could as to the reasons for the new deal. You are going to have to believe in DCI as a stand alone company and the same holds true for FTEL. They still have a deal together but these companies (IMO) will not be merging. DCI will need to bring the bridge money and an investment banker to the table for the shareholders to get whatever % they will get. FTEL is now separated from the ACCC/Telefonica deal and will receive no value from that. As to price....who know what tomorrow is going to bring but I'll bet it won't be dull......take care and goodest luck..
