Ballard up $11.00--and I survived!

This puppy is truly like having a tiger by the tail. Once you get a few dozen option positions and a stock position, all hell breaks loose when it moves around like a BB in a boxcar. I mean, really--up $13 at one point Friday before closing up only $4.00, then today's action. How high is high? I don't know, and I'm not going to try to pick a top (or a bottom) on this one. Even though the absolute dollar values of BLD options are high, the implied volatility doesn't even come close to its statistical vol. (50,54).

I'm not used to trading really thin critters like this, and I'm just happy to be upright at the end of the day. Really hope they split this thing and get a little more liquidity in the stock.

If you're ready for the deep end, come on in--trade BLD options.

Happy trading.

Porter
