Dennis, You may be right about the six months as being a minimum time, its a question of semantics. We'll see. About the income, you have to remember that the additional number of shares outstanding is accounted for by the cash in the bank and that those shares were probably sold at higher than current prices. I was more interested in income growth in dollars because of this. Marc
