If they hadn't issued those shares and warrants and raised all that cash, which they appear to not have any good use for, I agree, the earnings would have looked great! However, the immediate 33% dilution (and another 3 million shares down the road) kills them. Nobody gives you a multiple on CASH, only on EARNINGS. IMHO, I think the stock would be higher if they had never done that wacky offering.
