Does anyone out there know why MU claimed on their income
statement $157.1M gain on sale of subsidiary stock and investments?

I notice that MUEI (not MU) is claiming $156.222M gain on sale
of their MCMS subsidiary. Since MU owns 65% of MUEI, does
this allow MU to claim the 100% gain of $157M?

The $157.1M gain of MU divided by diluted number of
shares translates to an extraordinary gain of 0.74.
How did MU translate this to $0.18 gain?

If MUEI drops 50% in price, how will MU's balance sheet /
income statement look like?

Thanks in advance.
