To all ... Having had a long discussion about this whole matter ... I have decided to open an account with my own money. This eliminates any of the legal hassles, the emotional hassles, the tax hassles, (however, it leaves the hassle of making a profit!) Thanks again for all the responses, you have been a tremendous help.
