David, I agree with your concerns about FAMH's management coming clean with their latest press release. Your 3rd Question has me a bit puzzled? Maybe Brad, Cheryl, or Jin can answer. Do we still have to give Myriad $350,000 in cash 2.5MM restricted shares for 12 months to 24 months in addition to the new debt agreement which is $1M now followed by $3.3 over seven years? If this is true, how could this deal be more favorable for shareholders? I hope I am way of base with this comment. Thanks in advance and still very long on FAMH. Eddie F
