No time again... Blast, another weekend gone again! Actually, I pick up most of my info from JT, and an occasional bit of info from a co-worker's broker. JT is really quite helpful and I have had several good discussions with him. Some other info I also picked up (in no apparent order)... 1. The price spike earlier (40 to 50)in the month was due a rumor curculating that the consolidation would NOT occur. 2. The board approval for the 10:1 and the name change will occur at the next board meeting, probably this week. I do not know when it will be implemented exactly. The new ticker will be TTI. Oh, all resolutions were approved at shareholders meeting. 3. Tecmar has already meet with 1 analyst group, and will meet another this week sometime. MAYBE expecting an analyst report by year-end by possibly Yorkton and/or Lowen. 4. Major revenue streams would be coming from Tecmar division (largest), Storage division (~17.2 Mil/96, ~~34 Mil/97) and then Smart RAID. Regards.
