Russo in this context was not meant as an individual but an investment firm.. I mean't that it is possible that Russo was illegally shorting these shares in the methodology you have mentioned. Sorry if I did not make that clear. While I don't know they were illegally shorting against the 4M shares.I was told by LTGL this was one reason for the stock price drifting down for many months. Hope this clarifies what I meant.
