Shares Date Price Relationship DEYHIMY IRA -10,000 01/30/98 43.25 VP VENKATARAMAN RAM -5,000 01/14/98 42.75 VP VENKATARAMAN RAM -5,000 01/14/98 44.25 VP I have been observing insider trading and 8 out of 10 the stock is likely to follow the trend of the transaction. It is amazing how the markets keep plowing ahead given so many warnings of gloom and doom of the Asian situation.
