Folks, help me out here.

I was looking at the warrants as an attractive alternative to the stock,
but then realized each warrant is for 1/5 share of common.

That being the case, with the warrants trading earlier close to a buck,
this means the warrants were worth almost as much as the common
(if not more) while still being out of the money.

If this is the case, then this really smells. Can you say pump and dump. If the warrants can trade this way, I would assume the same
can be said for the common.

Do I have my facts straight? Forget my conclusions

Carl
