The company has been looking for acquisitions for at least 2 1/2
years with no tangible results.So,I agree with you that someone told
them it was a good time to raise money and management agreed.
What some investors seem to forget is that having too much cash can be
a sign of weakness because the company does not have enough projects
that will generate a positive net present value.If this is the case
investors would be better off with the cash so that they can invest
the money themselves.
I would like to know why some prominent board members and Ron
Erdman(former CFO) are no longer "affiliated" with the company.I
know what the company said ,but I am not sure I believe them.
