Also... Can anyone clarify this for me? It seems that Netvest has actual control of the Enhanced shares, not Zulu-tek. from 8k... 3.05 INVESTMENT REPRESENTATION. NETVEST is acquiring the Enhanced Stock as principal for its own account and, not with a view to, or for sale in connection with, any distribution thereof except to the extent that the Enhanced Stock may be distributed to partners of NETVEST and, except with respect to such reissuance, NETVEST has no present intention of selling or otherwise disposing of the Enhanced Stock.
