jbn3 thanks for the summary. I must admit I have been reading this thread and have always enjoyed and learned from you and some of the other thought leaders here. I do miss some of the more vocal bears. candle what ever his name was. they at least keep you on your toes! But I would suggest this. If you all would like to excercise some of your most strategic Dell thinking, pop over to the CPQ thread. I am having a hoot over there talking about all sorts of things. Dell has been referred to over there among other things as 1) a screwdriver shop 2) not in the enterprise business 3) a few other that I can't remember thanks again for explanation on the deafening silence to my simple Bear challenge Jason
