No, you're right and it likely means that some institution has recently accumulated the requisite 5% threshold. We won't know who it is for awhile yet, but it's okay with me.

Still feel we'll see (modest) production in q1 and the announcement of one or more contracts in Q2. Increased my own position around here 8 days ago.
