So you think Pentium IIs are as fast as the new G3s "more or less" do you? FYI: apple.com. BTW, the 300MHz G3's are just being introduced. The performance gap continues to widen. Don't like the snail or bunny ads either? Think they don't impress the computer buying public? Wrong again. Apple seems to have finally rediscovered the correlation between sales and advertising. G3 sales are robust by all accounts. infoseek.com is a pretty fair analysis of the current state of affairs. Bob
