I believe anywhere below 20 is a steal.
If your investment time frame is 3-4 years, then definitely buy lots
of semi-equipment stocks. There are too many short-timers in this
market who would stampede out of a position at the slightest hint of
slow-down or inventory build-up. Follow the financial sector when
the Fed raised interest rate?
Long term investment should be based on company fundamentals and not
market timing. Many people hated themselves when they sent AMAT down
to 19 then all the way up to 60 last year. I would say TNCR should
double within 6 months. That's not such a long time to wait, right?
As for IDTI, the situation is somewhat different. At 10.5 you can't
go wrong. Double in a year probably. This is due largely to their
SRAM business which has much lower margin. If their other businesses
such as ATM, RISC grow significantly then treble in a year is likely.
